“Can you tell us about your Private Security Training Program? How is the education process going?
Our Private Security Officers are trained in accordance with the Annual Training Plan published by SEVEN SECURITY before they start their duties and periodically during their duty. First of all, within the scope of on-the-job training, a level determination test is given to the personnel. The training to be given is determined according to the result of this level determination exam. The planned training program focuses on psychodrama and applied training.
After the applied training, a level determination test is applied to the personnel after the training, and feedback or supplementary trainings are planned according to the results. In the planned training program; Efficiency measurements are made, and special statistics and reports are periodically shared with customer groups. Approved SEVEN SECURITY certificate is given to the personnel who are successful after the trainings.
Seven Security aims to provide an excellent service in its projects by providing psychodrama and applied training to its personnel on effective communication, detection-diagnosis and incident response. “What is the importance of education in security?”
Education is of great importance in the Security Sector, as it is in all areas of life. If a person is going to work or have a job in a field related to Private Security, he must receive training from the Private Security Training Units and the sector he works in. There are rules that must be followed as per the Law No. 5188 on Private Security Services.
When these rules are not fulfilled, there is a risk of risking the facilities and people's life-property safety due to the lack of information of the security personnel, penalties that prevent personal rights, and high monetary liabilities.
In addition to this, there are some special devices, electronic devices, jops, and handcuffs that need to be used while working, and if the person does not know how to use them, the consequences may be legal and physical problems. Personal rights are important, when a constitutional crime is committed while intervening in an event or a person in terms of security, heavy sanctions may be encountered. Education can be done anytime and anywhere, there is no concept of time. The important thing is to educate and develop oneself.
